Questions

What the project is, how the training works, and what each plan includes. Nothing padded.
Advisory
- Can I pay Advisory in instalments?
- Yes. Pay in full, or in 4 monthly instalments: €312.50 a month for founding places, €375 a month after that. They stop automatically after the final payment.
- What is the 1-on-1 advisory?
- Everything in the yearly plan plus direct personal guidance on your own training build, live webinar series, bonus planning resources, priority access to new training tools. The 2027 founding cohort has 15 seats so every race calendar, kit audit and pacing plan can be built personally.

Training & races
- Can I follow the training without joining anything?
- Yes. The training is published on Strava and Instagram, and the project updates stay free.
- Do I need to be fast to follow along?
- No. The build is written for working amateurs who want to finish a long mountain race, not for elites. Every phase starts from consistency rather than speed.
- What do the free guides include?
- A clear guide to UTMB, the training workbook, the field journal and the alpine kit checklist — all free, with no card needed.
- What is PROJECT 171?
- PROJECT 171 is my documented build toward UTMB — 171 km and about 10,000 m of climbing around Mont Blanc. The training, the setbacks and the numbers are shared in the open so other runners can follow the method and use it themselves.
- Where can I follow your UTMB Index?
- On the UTMB Index page. It shows the figures from my UTMB profile with the date they were checked.
